When you're going back north...

• Turn off newspaper delivery, if applicable
• Put the patio chairs, cushions and lighthouse in the garage
• Turn off the ice maker in the freezer
• Lock both lanai doors (living room & 2nd bedroom) and put down the security bars
• Turn off the garage door opener (panel next to laundry room entry)
• Close all windows and shades
• Set the thermostat to 84 degrees
• Turn off all ceiling fans (including the ones on the back lanai and front porch)
• Put all keys (house, car, golf cart) in the wicker basket on the front entryway table
• Put garage remotes & gate passes in the wicker basket on the front entryway table
